I'm 73 years old and despite lots of joint and back issues, I've worked out with Marshall for two months now, He continues to adapt the exercises as needed and still ensures a great workout. CrossFit Override is the best. The trainers Marshal, Nick, and Eric are very good at what they do! They explain and model things to make it easy to understand. Everything is adjusted to your capability and everyone is so friendly. It does make to be like a family community. I am seeing results that I would not have been able to do on my own. Very happy I joined!
