CrossFit Group Classes
Our 1-hour CrossFit classes are comprised of a combination of strength training, gymnastics, endurance training, olympic weightlifting and everything in between. Classes are all lead by a well-qualified CrossFit Certified Trainer and are scalable to all fitness levels. While each workout is different day to day, each follows a similar format: warm up, movement & skill review, strength/ skill work and a WOD (workout of the day).
We believe in the group class setting to maximize results. In addition to a high level of personal attention, you get the added benefits of camaraderie, competition and fun. The class setting motivates you to push harder, endure longer and achieve better results!!
A Weightlifting specific class centered around the two olympic lifts (Snatch + Clean and Jerk). Classes will focus on drills to improve the lifts and accessory work to increase overall strength and power.
This class is perfect for those looking to improve their technique or compete in their first weightlifting meet.

Our brand new SWEAT bootcamp style class is the perfect fit! Each SWEAT class features cardio and core-intensive workouts that don’t require any prior Crossfit experience, but do require a willingness to work hard!
These 60min Classes include lots of conditioning, lighter weights, core work, and an emphasis on getting leaner and toned versus stronger. With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, SWEAT is a great way to mix it up regardless of your age or skill level.

Have an Athlete or Team that is interested in training for a specific sport? We’ll help get them ready for their season, stay conditioned during it or build speed and strength for the off season.
With a strong emphasis on Strength and Conditioning, our professional staff will teach athletes proper technique for many foundational movements, while improving speed, agility, power and overall strength. In addition to the physical training, our mission is to practice the importance of hard work, commitment and being part of a team.
Individual Training (1on1)
Have more specific goals? Rehabbing from an injury? Or Just looking to take your training to the next level? Our Individual Training program is setup to dive deeper and help each individual reach their specific health and fitness goals. In this setting you will be working 1 on 1 with one of our certified coaches and receive a personalized program and coaching.
The process begins with a free 20min initial assessment to get a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, mobility restrictions and overall health and performance. After the initial assessment your coach will develop a program as well as a nutrition plan tailored to help you reach your individual goals.
