No! Not to worry Every workout can be scaled for the individual to ensure proper technique is used and the correct training stimulus is achieved. As said by CrossFit Creator Greg Glassman, “the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience…The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.”

2Will CrossFit get me the results I’m looking for?

Only if you are committed to making a change, stepping outside your comfort zone, learning new skills and becoming a better version of YOU. 3I heard CrossFit is Dangerous?

We like to use the analogy of driving a car. If we fail to respect the power of the car or rules of the road, then YES driving a car can be dangerous. As long as we have the maturity and correct guidance to progress accordingly based on current life situation and training history then CrossFit can be a very safe approach to fitness.

4What is a WOD?

WOD stands for Workout of the Day. This can pertain to skill work, strength, conditioning or any combination of the three to be performed that day.
