In your 2 week trial you will be introduced to all the basics of CrossFit. This includes everything from the friendly environment of the gym, to the fundamental movements and workouts that make CrossFit so Fun and effective.
During each class our goal is to prioritize technique and movement quality. Certified coaches will make sure that proper progressions/ modifications are made so everyone gets a great workout regardless of your current skill level.
Understanding a new member coming in might have a few questions and be slightly intimidated, we pride ourselves on incorporating new members in our current group setting and making them feel comfortable.
